This Contest is held by Team Howei to reward existing and new users to the Howei mobile app.

Brief mechanism of Contest
|
To participate in the Contest, eligible Contestants are required to:
(1) Go to https://www.howei.com to fill in the form to opt-in to the contest.
(2) 3 winners will be chosen at random at the end of Dec to win the prizes
Contestants need a Howei account to join this contest. The Contestants must adhere to the mechanism of the Contest as may be notified or communicated by the Organiser during the Contest Period.

Eligibility Criteria
|
Subject to other criteria set out below and in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions, the Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens of the Age of Eligibility below who are *Active Howei customers as at 1 January 2023 and their **immediate family members. Contestants are also required to have an Howei ID. * “Active Howei customer” means a subscriber of the Howei Service and whose account is current and active with no outstanding payments due and owing to Howei and who has not breached the Howei subscription agreement nor given any instructions to terminate and /or suspend his/her subscription to the Howei Service as at the date of winner notification. Winners must remain active Howei customers until the date of collection of prizes ** “immediate family members” means spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters

Ineligibility
|
Employees and scholars of Howei (M) Sdn Bhd and its group of companies and their **immediate family members; ** as defined in Clause 5 above

Age of Eligibility
|
18 years of age and above as of 1 January 2023

Charges
|
The Organiser does not charge for Contest entries submitted by Contestants.

9.
|
Contest Period
|
The Contest will be held from 18th Dec 2024 @ 12pm to 3th Dec 2023 @ 11.59pm. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or reschedule the Contest Period or any dates thereof at its sole discretion.

Language of Contest
|
The Contest will be organised by the Organiser in the English language.

Entry Procedure
|
Eligible Contestants are required to: Download Howei App and sign up for an account/login into existing account.The Organiser shall be entitled to request to sight the original Identity Card or the originals of other supporting documents/materials for verification and validation.

Entry Deadline
|
Entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 3th Jan 2024 11.59pm. Entries received before the commencement of the Contest Period and after the stipulated Entry Deadline will be disqualified and ineligible for consideration for prizes.

|
Upon drawing the winners, they will be contacted via email or phone call. There will also be a winner announcement on https://www.howei.com/winnersannouncement. Winners will be announced and notified by 15 Jan 2024.

Collection Period
|
Prizes to be collected by hand or couriered to winners should they choose to. Prizes must be collected by 30 June 2024. Prizes not collected within the stipulated period will be forfeited.

Collection Venue
|
Prizes to be collected by hand at Howei Head Office or couriered to winners should they choose to. Prizes must be collected by 30 June 2024.

Additional Terms
|
a) Contestants will not be eligible to win the Prize in this Contest if he/she has won any form of Prize(s) in any other Contest organized by the Organiser in the past six (6) months from the date when Winners’ name have been announced as stipulated in Clause 17 above. b) Contest Winners must continue to be *Active Howei customers with an Howei ID until the collection of Prizes, failing which the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify Winners from the Contest and any Prize won will be forfeited. The Basic Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) and the Privacy Notice shall be binding on all contestants who participate in this Contest (“Contestants”). The definitions in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Basic Terms, the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, the Basic Terms and the Privacy Notice shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Contestants of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice.
