Can I Save an Entire Office 365 Mailbox as PDFs Without Losing Attachments?

I manage email records for a small business, and we recently decided to create offline copies of important mailbox data. The goal is to preserve emails even if account access changes in the future.

The challenge is that many emails contain contracts, invoices, and attached documents. Simply saving email text isn't enough because we need the entire communication history intact. Manual PDF creation through Outlook works, but it doesn't scale well when dealing with thousands of emails.

While looking for alternatives, I found several discussions about how to Export Office 365 Emails to PDF for long-term storage. The biggest requirement is preserving formatting and ensuring that no important mailbox information gets lost during the process.

I also read about the DRS Softech Microsoft 365 Backup Tool, which seems designed for bulk backup and conversion tasks. It appears capable of handling large mailbox exports while maintaining folder hierarchy and email properties.

For anyone who has archived Office 365 mailboxes before, what approach worked best? Were you able to preserve attachments and maintain the original mailbox organization after conversion?

Great question about bulk‑saving Office 365 mailboxes—using a dedicated export tool really saves time and keeps attachments intact. When you need a quick break, I love playing open sea for brainrots for a fun, stress‑free pause.
