The Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital ‘H.U.G.S’ Charity Fun Run is back this 9^th November 2025 (Sunday) at Straits Quay, Penang!

‘H.U.G.S’ representing Hope, Understanding, and Group Support. This event aims to bring our community together, raise cancer awareness, and fund treatment for our needy cancer patients.

Last year, we raised RM 524K, the highest amount ever in our charity event history!

This year, let’s make another miracle happen.

Can we beat last year’s record? We say YESSS! We believe SOOOO! ?

Every donation received will go directly to our Tabung Kebajikan Penyakit Kanser Mount Miriam, helping cover the treatment costs of needy cancer patients.

In 2024, RM3.2 million was disbursed from our cancer welfare fund to support 134 cancer patients and hospice care recipients, a 100% increase from the RM1.6 million disbursed in 2023.

Over the past 5 years, we have disbursed an average of RM 2 million annually to ease the financial burden of cancer treatment.

As a token of our support and encouragement, registration is completely free for all cancer survivors this year. We are delighted to announce that 30 exclusive slots are available on a first come, first served basis. You're welcome to run as far as you feel comfortable, and if at any point you wish to turn back, please do so. Your safety and well-being always come first.
