I have registered for an event but cannot find the event in "My Virtual Event" page

This is due to an identification mismatch. Firstly, please check that your IC number is set in your profile. Please go to My Profile and input your IC number. If you do not have an IC number, please use your passport number.

Alternatively, the IC number in your profile does not match the IC number you used to register for the event. Please go to My Profile and update your IC number to ensure it is the same as the one you used in your registration.

I have registered for more than one person in a group, but can only upload one person's results in "My Virtual Event"

If you would like to keep your results separate from the others in the group, then you will need register another account for the other participants and input their registration details (e.g. IC) used in that event registration.

Alternatively, you can upload everyone's results together under your account and submit them as separate entries. You can upload multiple results at the same time by clicking on the green "+" button in the result submission page to open up additional result submission forms.
