This race is open to male or female Malaysians/International runners aged 18 years old or older, as of race day. 

Male or female Malaysians/International runners aged 12 years old and above are only allowed to participate in the 5KM and 10KM category with parental or guardian consent.

Participants must complete the race on foot under their own strength. 

Participants are required to be semi self-sufficient. You must have your mandatory equipment with you at all times during the race.

The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any participants. 

Participants having the following medical conditions ARE NOT ALLOWED to participate in this event:

1) Congenital or rheumatic heart conditions

2) Hypertension

3) Myocarditis and other heart conditions

4) Coronary heart disease, coronary arterial disease

5) Serious arrhythmia

6) Diabetes

7) Any other disease which can be aggravated by running

The organiser is not liable for any medical issues due to participants hiding their true medical conditions.

Listed below are the mandatory items that must be carried by each runner. All mandatory items must be presented during race kit collection/registration. Race Marshals reserve the right to conduct checks at any time during the race to ensure that runners are complying with safety requirements and are adequately prepared for any unforeseen circumstances. Failure to carry or present any of the mandatory items may result in DISQUALIFICATION.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• All participants are strongly advised to read and understand the following Important Notice, Terms & Conditions, and Official Rules carefully before participating in the event.
• Participants are advised to seek medical advice from a qualified medical practitioner if they have any doubt regarding their health condition prior to participating in the race.
• All entry fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant who provides false information, fails to make full payment, or does not comply with the stated entry requirements.

OFFICIAL RULES

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any participant who provides incorrect personal information on the entry form or is suspected of using prohibited or banned substances. No refund of entry fees shall be provided.
• No official results or finisher certificates will be issued to participants who fail to start the race at the official start time assigned by the Organizer.
• Participants must immediately withdraw from the race if instructed to do so by race officials, medical personnel, the Race Director, appointed umpires, or security officers/marshals.
• Pets and any form of wheeled or assisted transportation devices, including but not limited to bicycles, skates, push carts, shoes with built-in or attached rollers, are strictly NOT permitted  on the race course.

PHOTOGRAPHY & DOCUMENTATION

• The Organizer reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and any form of media documentation taken during the event for promotional, publicity, and archival purposes related to this event or future events, without prior notice or compensation.

AMENDMENTS / RESERVATIONS / ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

• The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or waive any part of the event rules at any time without prior notice.
• Failure to comply with any event rules, including any amendments made, will result in immediate disqualification.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• All registration fees exclude online processing fees

• No refund policy applies if a participant is unable to attend Lipis Geopark Ultra 2026, for any reason.

• Bib transfer is allowed with at least two (2) months’ advance notice before the event date.

• A bib transfer processing fee of RM50 will be charged.
