HRD Corp (HRDF) Claimable Training

Employers registered with HRD Corp (formerly HRDF) can use their levy contributions to fund staff training. Our [HRD Corp-approved courses / programmes] are claimable under the [scheme name, e.g. Claimable Courses / SBL-Khas], so you can upskill your team while using funds your company has already contributed.

How to Claim

1. Check eligibility. Your company must be registered with HRD Corp and have enough levy balance.
2. Choose a course. Pick a claimable course from the list below and contact us to confirm available dates.
3. Submit your grant application. Apply through the HRD Corp portal (eTRiS) before the training starts, within the deadline set by HRD Corp. We can give you the course details and training provider information you need.
4. Attend the training. Participants complete the course and we provide attendance records.
5. Submit your claim. After training, submit your claim through the portal with the required supporting documents, such as the invoice, attendance list and payment proof. Reimbursement follows HRD Corp's approval.

Approval, eligible amounts and processing times are decided by HRD Corp. Please check their latest guidelines, as terms can change.
