1. CONTEST SUMMARY
The Howei Hunt For Jeremy and Diknie contest gives Instagram/Facebook users the chance to win prizes sponsored by Howei.
The concept is simple: participants simply need to follow our Instagram account like our Facebook page,submit a selfie with our influencer and apply the designated hashtag – this will entitle them to be the lucky winners!
2. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR
This Contest is sponsored by Howei (M) Sdn Bhd (“Sponsor”) and administered by its contractor Howei (“Administrator”).
3. HOW TO TAKE PART
In order to take part in the Contest, participants need to:

5. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Anyone who is over 18 years old and is a resident in Malaysia.
Anyone submitting the application within the competition period from 11/12/2022 until 18/12/2022. Entries must be received by 11.59 pm (UTC+8) on 18/12/2022, the closing date of the competition.
We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of Participants.

7. WHAT PARTICIPANTS NEED TO REMEMBER
Each Participant should read these Rules before submitting their entry to ensure they understand and agree.
8. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS:
The participant will conform with the applicable social media platform’s terms and conditions. Each Participant must ensure that, his/her submission does not:
● violate applicable laws.
● contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations applicable in Malaysia.
● include any private information other than the name, social media ID of the person tagged such as address, phone number, email address, and other personal data.
● contain material that is inappropriate, defamatory, indecent or promotes hate, references alcohol, tobacco, drug, firearms, or any description or representation thereof.
9. RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY, OR DISQUALIFY:
Sponsor and/or Administrator can modify, cancel, suspend or terminate the Competition and/or the present terms, if for any reason Competition is not capable of running as planned.
Sponsor and/or Administrator may disqualify participants that do not comply with the present contest terms and with the Privacy Statement.
10. PRIVACY
By participating in the Contest, Participant acknowledges that they have read and accepted the Howei contest Privacy Statement available here.
You also have the right to demand that your personal data be deleted. Participants who request that their details be deleted during the contest accept that this will automatically terminate their contest participation, since they cannot be included in the list of participants without their details being recorded.
11. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to communicate for the purpose of the Competition with the Sponsor and/or Administrator electronically.
12. WARRANTY
Sponsor, Administrator, and any related affiliates make no other warranties or representations whatsoever relative to the quality, conditions, fitness, or merchantability of any aspects of the Prize(s).
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Participants agree that the Sponsor and/or Administrator shall have no liability for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential Competition Winner, or for any harm, injuries, losses, damages, cost or expense, personal injury to participants, winners, third parties or to property, caused or suffered in connection with this Competition.
14. INDEMNITY
By entering the competition, the participant agrees to release and will not hold Sponsor, Administrator, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents (the “Released Parties”) and contractors responsible for and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the competition including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorised human
intervention in the competition, (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d)late or undelivered mail; and (e) errors in the administration of the competition. The participant waives the right to claim any attorney’s fees and any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
15. IN CASE OF DISPUTES
Sponsor and/or Administrator will interpret these Rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the Rules, and Sponsor's and/or Administrator’s decisions shall be final.
16. FORUM AND RECOURSE TO JUDICIAL PROCEDURES
All issues and questions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Malaysian law.
