I'm planning an international trip and recently came across several travel agencies offering business class tickets at prices lower than those listed directly by airlines. I've always booked flights myself, so I'm a little hesitant about using a third-party service, especially for an expensive ticket. On the other hand, having someone help with flight connections, itinerary changes, and finding better fares sounds pretty convenient. Has anyone booked business class through a travel agent, and was the experience better than booking directly?
