A nonstop flight is usually the easiest option, but connecting through another hub can sometimes open up better aircraft, schedules, or premium cabins. How much extra travel time would you tolerate if the alternative offered a noticeably better business-class experience?

I know this thread is a bit old, but I just found it and had to jump in. For me, adding two to three hours of travel time is worth it if I get a flat bed and good food on the flight. Anyone else have a hard limit on how much extra time they’d add for a better seat?

I often pick connecting flights for better cabins, and travelbusinessclass has been key for scoring affordable upgrades. Their advisors found me a stopover route with a premium seat that saved me 60% compared to a nonstop fare. If you’re willing to travel longer, they make the extra time worthwhile.
