the conch bears the memory of porcelain
echoes of a thousand years within its shell
it does not race the tide
but moves to its own calm breath

Jellyfish drift like thoughts
starfish gleam like dreams
beyond the shell is the world’s noise
within the shell lies quiet truth
slow the steps and the soul finds home

在静谧的深海里
海螺背负着青花的记忆
藏着千年的回声
它不与潮汐争快
只随心的节奏
聆听万物的呼吸

水母如念 浮沉不定
海星如梦 闪烁如心
壳外是喧嚣 壳内是自守
唯有放缓行 方能见真境
唯有静于心 方能见自我
