The official race results will be finalized and published by the Organizer's timing vendor and Race Director. These results will be considered final after the stated protest periods have been concluded and all reviews have been completed.

- Eligibility: This window is strictly for disputes concerning the Top 10 finishing positions in the 21km and 10km competitive categories only.
- Protest Period: The protest must be received within 60 minutes of the official posting of the unofficial Top 10 results at the secretariat counter on race day.
- Procedure: The protest must be submitted in writing via email to info@boltevents.asia , and the non-refundable protest fee of MYR 50.00 cash must be paid upon submission at the secretariat counter.
2. Dispute Window for Unranked Positions (Personal Time Focus)
This extended window provides sufficient time for the majority of runners to check their personal results without adding congestion to the race day secretariat.
- Eligibility: This window is for disputes concerning finishing times, rankings, or placement of all runners outside the Top 10 in the competitive categories (or for any runner in the 5km Fun Run).
- Protest Period: The protest must be received within 24 hours of the first online publication of the complete unofficial results.
- Procedure: The protest must be submitted in writing via email to info@boltevents.asia, and the Organizer will advise the method for paying the MYR 50.00 cash protest fee for online submissions (e.g., bank transfer proof).
