Cyber Run 2024

Terms and Conditions 

1. Participants are required to make purchases online through the Howei and Ticket2U platforms. 

2. No refunds will be given if the race kit is not collected or if participants fail to join the run. 

3. Race kits can be collected at the Cafeteria of the Faculty of Information Science and Technology (FTSM), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) on October 5, 2024 (Saturday), October 6 (Sunday), October 10 (Thursday), and October 11 (Friday) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 

4. The running distance is 5 km and 7 km within the UKM Campus, Bangi. 

5. The 7 km run will start at 7:30 AM, and the 5 km run will start at 7:40 AM at Panggung Seni, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. 

6. Participants are required to wear the t-shirt provided by the organiser. 

7. The briefing on the race rules will be provided on the day of the run. 

8. Participation is open to everyone who is interested. **Participants under 18 years old must obtain parental/guardian consent. 

9. The organiser reserves the right to change the date, venue, or cancel the event at any time without notice to participants in the event of any circumstances beyond their control. 

10. Participants are responsible for obtaining the latest information related to the event. 

11. The organiser is not responsible for any issues arising from changes that occur. 

12. The organiser reserves the right to amend the running route to ensure the safety of participants, to avoid any obstacles or incidents during the event, at any time without notice to participants. 

13. The organiser reserves the right to contact participants to obtain additional information related to registration. 

14. Each participant must ensure that their health is in good condition before and during the race. Participants are responsible for their own health/condition.
