Penang Youth Unity Walk 2025

1. To prevent heavy traffic on the event day, the Organiser will start the walk punctually. In the event of heavy rain or any circumstances that the event has to be called off, there will be no replacement whatsoever & all nett proceeds will go to charity.

2. The charity walk is open to all Malaysians and Non-Malaysians. Parental consent is required for participants under the age of 18.

3. All participants must wear the T-shirt provided by the Organiser.

4. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any injury or loss to any participants resulting in this event.

5. The participant also agrees to indemnify the Event Organiser and the Associated Parties of any claims, actions, liabilities, or losses resulting from any participant's negligent acts or omissions and or wilful misconduct.

6. The Organiser’s decision is final. The request for amendments will strictly not be entertained.

7. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the route as they deem fit for the safety of the Participants and /or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice to the participant. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the participant prior to the date of the event. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.

8. The Organiser reserves the right to limit and/or refuse entry without giving any reason and notice.

9. Changes in t-shirt sizes after the confirmation of registration are strictly NOT allowed. The T-shirt size is based on a first come first serve basis. 

10. Participants must take the T-shirt collection form to redeem the T-shirt.

11. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants) motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising.

12. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.

13.E-certificate will be issued within one month after the fun walk.
