Pertandingan ini adalah diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang dan Konsul Jeneral Republik Rakyat China di Pulau Pinang serta dengan kebenaran Bahagian Sukan, Kokurikulum dan Kesenian Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The theme of the competition is “Empowering Action for Nature”
2. Types of drawing medium:
- Physical: Size A3 (297mm x 420mm). Use of pencils, crayons, watercolors, etc., is not restricted.
- Digital: Size A1 (594 x 841 mm), format JPEG/PNG, minimum resolution 300 dpi.
3. Drawings must be ORIGINAL and created by the participant. Entries will be disqualified if the work is found to be unoriginal.
4. Sensitive elements related to religion, politics, or race are not allowed.
5. All works must be submitted before or on September 30, 2024.
6. Each participant MUST complete registration.
7. Physical works can be submitted to the following address:

8. The judges' decision is FINAL and any form of correspondence will not be entertained.
9. Winners will be announced and prizes will be presented on the closing day of the Youth Climate Summit 2024 as follows:
