Colourful Run, a Charity Run event on the 22nd September 2019, in conjunction Celebration International Week for the Deaf.
This is a fund raising project organised by Penang Deaf Association (PDA) in support to the education and development of deaf society. Theme "Run with the Deaf 4.0"
