Organized by the Lembaga Pelancongan Negeri Sembilan and supported by the Jabatan Perhutanan Negeri Sembilan, this thrilling event will take place at the beautiful Taman Eko Rimba Ulu Bendul, Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan.

  • Please bring along softcopy of the confirmation slip from online registration provider and your IC or Passport when you redeem your race kit for verification purposes. 
  • Collect on behalf of any relative or DID NOT START participant, COMPULSORY to show their softcopy of the confirmation slip and fill up authorization form. 
  • Race kit will be forfeited if failed to collect during the stipulated date and time.

 

Failure to adhere the mandatory items requirement will incur penalty leading to disqualification

✔ - Mandatory Item | RC - Recommended Item 

  • Compulsory to 50KM, 25KM & 13KM runners to do mandatory items checking on 24 or 25 October at Race Village. Please bring along your race bib and Malaysian IC / Passport (for non-Malaysians) when you do redeem your mandatory items checking for verification. You also required signing the INDEMNITY AND RELEASE FORM when you do mandatory items checking. You are NOT ALLOWED to do mandatory items checking on behalf of other runners.
  • Runners are required to bring the mandatory items throughout the entire race. Random checks will be performed by the race officials before and during the race. Failure to comply or the mandatory items are not functioning, participants are will incur a penalty or not allowed to continue the race and will be disqualified. Any decision made is at the organizer’s discretion and it will be final.
  • Only 50KM runners can drop their special needs bag at Check Point (Race Village) so runners can plan properly the additional supply they may require throughout the race course.
  • All participants may utilize the service provided at the starting line to drop off any bags that you will require post-race in advance. Runners must provide their own bags, label it with bib number, secure them firmly and deposit at least 1 hour before flag off.
  • All belonging must be collected before 11:00am on Sunday (25 October). The organizer takes no responsibility for the contents of the bag, for theft or loss of item.
  • You will be considered as DNF too if you unable to reach the designated Check Point within the cut off time. Kindly cooperate with the official on duty and allow them to carry out the DNF procedure.
  • If you decided to quit during the race, kindly report to the nearest Check Point and follow further instruction by the officials. You may return to the finish line by yourself or in case of injuries, wait for medical assistant.
  • DNF participants are not entitled for finisher items.

If you do not manage to complete the race within the specified time you are eligible to redeem the finishing medal only by participating in the AFC 13 or AFC 6 event for free.

  • Must re-register at Secretariat.
  • Must be use same bib.
  • Race bibis non-transferable. You cannot give or sell your race number to another person.
  • Not entitle for podium.

 

  • You will be disqualified (DQ) if you were found cheating by taking shortcuts, use any sort of vehicle for assistance, do not carry the mandatory items or commit any act harmful to other runners and officials.
  • DQ participants are not entitled for finisher items.

 

  • There will be medical personnel on standby at the race site.
  • Ambulance service is on standby as well for emergency cases.
  • Participants are responsible to ensure that they are fit and healthy before starting the race. Please consult your doctor if there is any doubt.
  • Participants are to accept the risk associated with the event as per indemnity clause stated in the registration form.
  • The organizer will not be held responsible for any claim resulted from this event.
  • It is recommended that you have personal accident insurance or health insurance.
  • Organiser will only provide insurance scheme Group Personal Accident (Short Period).
