VIRTUAL RUN 2026: DURIAN D-DAY RUN

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Event & Registration
 * *Event Period:* Participants can run *anytime and anywhere* from now until *July 20th, 2026*.
 * *Target Distance:* The required distance for this virtual run is *5km*. It can be completed in a single run or accumulated over multiple runs within the event period.
 * *Registration Fee:* The registration fee is *RM27* per participant. All registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Run Submission & Rewards*
 * *Submission Deadline:* All running results/records must be submitted before or on *July 20th, 2026*. Late submissions will not be entertained.
 * *Tracking Methods:* Participants may use any running tracking apps (e.g., Strava, Nike Run Club, Garmin, Apple Health, etc.) or treadmill dashboards to record their distance and time.
 * *Entitlement:* Participants who successfully complete the 5km run and submit their results will receive *The Exclusive Durian D-Day 3-Fold Medal*.

*3. Postage & Delivery*
 * *Postage Fees:*
   * *West Malaysia (Peninsular):* RM10 per medal.
   * *East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak):* RM15 per medal.
 * *Delivery Timeline:* Medals will be processed and shipped out in batches after the event ends or after submission verification.
 * *Shipping Address:* Participants are fully responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact number. The organizer will not be responsible for any lost or returned parcels due to incorrect details provided by the participant. Any re-delivery costs will be borne by the participant.

4. Safety & Liability Disclaimer
 * *Health & Safety:* Participants must ensure they are medically fit and physically capable of participating in this virtual run.
 * *Liability:* The organizer shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, accidents, health complications, death, or loss of personal property that may occur during, before, or after the participant's run.
 * *Public Safety:* Participants are strongly advised to adhere to local traffic rules, safety regulations, and weather conditions while conducting their run.

5. Organizer’s Rights
 * The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have submitted fraudulent or tampered running results.
 * The organizer reserves the right to amend, change, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
