MEOW RUN VIRTUAL RUN – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Event Information & Registration
 * *1.1 Category:* This virtual run features a single category of *5KM*.
 * *1.2 Registration Period:* Registration officially opens on *1st June 2026 (Monday)* and closes on *20th July 2026*.
 * *1.3 Registration Fee:* *RM 26* per participant.
   > *Note:* This event does not include an event T-shirt. The registration fee includes the exclusive finisher medal only.
 * *1.4 Refund & Transfer Policy:* Once registration is confirmed and payment is made, the fee is *strictly non-refundable and non-transferable* under any circumstances.
 * *1.5 Accuracy of Information:* Participants must ensure that all personal details provided (Full Name, Contact Number, and Delivery Address) are accurate and complete. The organizer will not be held responsible for any delivery failures or lost parcels due to incorrect information provided. Any re-shipping costs will be fully borne by the participant.

2. Running & Distance Accumulation Period
 * *2.1 Running Period:* From *20th July 2026 to 20th August 2026* (Duration: 1 Month).
 * *2.2 Completion Method:* Participants can complete the 5KM distance at any location and time. The distance can be achieved in a *single run or accumulated* across multiple runs within the stipulated running period.

3. Distance Tracking & Result Submission
 * *3.1 Tracking Methods:* Participants may use any mainstream fitness tracking applications (e.g., Strava, Garmin Connect, Nike Run Club, MapMyRun) or treadmill dashboard screens to record their running data.
 * *3.2 Screenshot Requirements:* The submitted screenshot/record must clearly display the following three elements: *Date of the activity, Moving Distance (minimum 5KM accumulated), and Duration*.
 * *3.3 Submission Channel:* Upon completing the required distance, participants must submit their result screenshots via WhatsApp to the official service hotline at *018-3136389* on or before *20th August 2026*. Late submissions will not be processed, and entitlements will be forfeited.

4. Postage & Entitlement Delivery
 * *4.1 Courier Fees:* Delivery fees are excluded from the registration fee and will be charged additionally during checkout based on the delivery location:
   * *West Malaysia:* RM 10
   * *East Malaysia:* RM 15
 * *4.2 Delivery Timeline:* The exclusive finisher medals will be processed and shipped out in batches after the running period ends (starting post-20th August 2026).
 * *4.3 Shipping Disclaimer:* The organizer shall not be held liable for any package delays, losses, or physical damages caused by courier service negligence, severe weather conditions, or any force majeure events.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer
 * *5.1 Run at Your Own Risk:* Participants must ensure they are medically and physically fit to participate in this activity. As this is a self-administered virtual run, participants take part entirely at their own risk.
 * *5.2 Liability Waiver:* The organizer will not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, accidents, medical illnesses, property loss, or fatalities occurring during or as a result of participating in this virtual event.

6. Organizer's Rights & Amendments
 * *6.1 Right to Amend:* The organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the event, as well as amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
 * *6.2 Agreement to Terms:* By registering for the Meow Run Virtual Run, the participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the rules, terms, and conditions stated above.
