👥 Format: 2-person team challenge

🏃‍♀️ RUN + 6 STATIONS

Teams will tackle a fast-paced combination of running and six functional fitness stations, requiring both physical ability and smart teamwork.

Expect a challenge that will test:

• 🏃 Speed & running endurance
• 💪 Strength & power
• 🔥 Cardiovascular fitness
• ⚡ Functional movement
• 🤝 Communication & teamwork
• 🧠 Strategy under fatigue

Stairs will be involved for the adult categories.
