Terms & Conditions

1. Registration for the workshop is mandatory and can be done through the provided registration process.
2. Spaces are limited to 30 pairs and will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis.
3. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or partial attendance.
4. Moonlit Hugs is open to children aged 4 to 12 years old
5. Only one adult per kid are allowed to join the workshop.
6. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children during the event.
7. Gleneagles Hospital Penang are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during the event.
8. By registering for the event, parents or guardians grants the organizer the right to photograph and record participants for promotional and documentation purposes.
9. Gleneagles Hospital Penang are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the event by participants.
10. Gleneagles Hospital Penang reserve the right to modify the content, schedule, or location of the workshop if necessary, and will provide timely notice to registered participants.

By registering for Moonlit Hugs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register your child for the event.
