The highly anticipated annual Penang Hill Heritage Forest Challenge (PHHFC) will be held for its 11^th edition on Sunday, 16 August 2026.

The Penang Hill Heritage Forest Challenge, which debuted in 2014, is designed to showcase Penang as a premier eco-tourism destination while fostering awareness and appreciation for environmental and heritage conservation within the Penang Hill Biosphere Reserve. This event serves as a testament to sustainable practices and responsible tourism initiatives.

Starting from Penang Youth Park, the new 15km and 8km routes (with some changes to 2024's route) will take the participants onto a run into the Penang Hill Biosphere Reserve.
