In celebration of a century of care and commitment, Penang Adventist Hospital and Prudential Insurance are teaming up for aa meaningful event - World Heart Day "We Are 100!" Umbrella Walk. As both organizations mark their 100-year anniversaries, we invite you to walk with us in support of heart health and wellness.

The World Heart Day "We Are 100!" Umbrella Walk is more than just a walk—it's an opportunity to learn about heart disease prevention and how to lead a heart-healthy lifestyle lead by the Community Health Team. By participating, you'll help raise awareness and spread the message of the importance of heart health in our communities.
