• All participants are strongly advised to ride with safety helmet, cycling attire and road-worthy mountain bike or road bike. 

 

• All participants are required to wear the Event Jersey during the ride.

 

• The event is fellowship ride (Not A Race) (Strictly NO HELMET, NO RIDE)
