Get set for a fun time with friends and family as you participate in our “The Amazing Scavenger Hunt 2019”!

Based on the American reality game show “The Amazing Race”, Beacon Hospital is organising a race-based event that is aimed to raise awareness and educate the public about the top 5 common cancers (Lung, Breast, Colon, Prostate and Nasopharyngeal (NPC) Cancer).

Participants will get to take part in learning:
●   The signs and symptoms for early cancer detection.
●   The recent advancement in diagnostics & treatment options for the various cancers.
●   What are the activities that can prevent cancer.

About The Venue

In the Amazing Scavenger Hunt, contestants will be competing against each other across various “Pit Stops” in Bukit Jalil Recreational Park, Kuala Lumpur to be the first team to complete all the questions & challenges.
Following the clues given, contestants have to navigate themselves to the respective “Pit Stops”. (Hint: The station that you’re heading may not be the same as your competitor team’s station.)
At every station, contestants will be required to either solve a list of questions or complete the given task. After completing the task, teams will receive a clue card that will lead them to the next destination. (Hint: The task may be simple; it may be challenging. You’ll definitely need to bring your thinking cap along. ?)
There will be a total of 5 “Pit Stops” and 1 Final Station. The first team to arrive at the final station and complete the assigned task wins the cash prize worth of RM 1,500.
Don’t forget, we are also giving away RM500 to 2 teams for the best costume competition, and bonus prizes for the most creative photo contest.
